This Privacy Policy explains how MP Power Corp (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, or sign up to receive text messages from us.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on this site (for example the Contact Us form or the “Ask about this vehicle” form) we collect what you enter: your name, email address, mobile phone number, the vehicle or service you are interested in, your message, and whether you chose to receive marketing and/or non-marketing text messages.
Credit applications. If you apply for financing on our Financing page, you fill out a secure, encrypted form provided by our dealer management system. It may ask for information lenders need to make a credit decision, such as your address, date of birth, Social Security number, employment and income. That information goes directly to us through that system; it is not stored on this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. We use it only to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and follow up on vehicles you asked about.
- To schedule test drives, appointments and vehicle deliveries.
- To review your credit application and look for financing offers for you.
- To send you the text messages you agreed to receive (see section 3).
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a vehicle dealer.
3. Text messages (SMS)
Text messaging is optional. Our forms have two separate, unchecked boxes, so you can choose marketing messages (such as new arrivals, price drops and special offers), non-marketing messages (such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and updates about vehicles you asked about), both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Full details are in the “Text messaging terms” section of our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We only disclose personal information in these limited cases:
- Service providers acting for us. Companies that host this website, process our forms, or run our customer-management and messaging systems handle information only to provide those services to us. They may not use it for their own purposes.
- At your request. For example, when you apply for financing, we send your application to the lenders we work with only to obtain financing offers for you.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with, sold to, or provided to any third parties.
5. How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping requirements for vehicle dealers. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Access, correction or deletion: email or call us (below) and we will respond as required by law.
- California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
7. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
